Keziah is 1 year old!

On June 15th (also Father's Day) Kezzie celebrated one year of life. She is a very animated little girl, and a chatter box as well. She seems to enjoy life fully, which is a wonderful change from her first 8 months or so. She walks, but is closer to running most of the time, and she uses quite a few signs to communicate with us. She imitates almost anything we do, so picking up new signs happens quite easily. And when asked how old she is, she very proudly holds out her index finger to show she is one year old.

We had these pictures taken as a surprise for Zach for Father's Day while my sister was in town visiting. Where there is a camera, Kezzie smiles....

Dress Up Time and Sign Language

Aunt Jonna is here for a two week visit and brought some early birthday gifts for Keziah with her.  So we decided to play dress up with one of them.  She is a pretty fun little dress up doll!

Kezzie started signing a couple of weeks ago, and we are finally getting some of it on video.  Her signing really helps her to communicate with us and her signs include: more, please, food, drink, all done, hat, shoes, sleep, milk, dog, mom, and thank you when she feels like it....

More dress up time including sunglasses and rattle slippers... pretty cute!
