Keziah's Dedication

This past Sunday we had Keziah dedicated at our church, Broadmoor Assembly of God. In a public setting, we dedicated her to God's service as well as committing ourselves to assisting her to become the woman that God has designed her to be. Pastor David and Angela prayed for us and Keziah and asked the congregation to be committed to praying for her and us as well. In raising her, he stressed the importance of Obedience to God, Trust in Him, and Committment to serving Him. It was a special time with the added sentiment of Keziah wearing the same dress that I was dedicated in as a six month old infant.

Off to a crawl!

At 6 months plus 3 days, Keziah begins to crawl...

Milestones

Well, Keziah is 6 months old as of the 15th of this month. And she just started crawling. Yep, she's mobile, and though it is not a perfected crawl yet, it's a crawl that gets her places she wants to go. She also just started waving goodbye. Isn't it funny the things we mark as milestones for a baby?




On her 6th month birthday, Keziah also had her first food.... yummy yummy yams!

As you can tell, Keziah is my favorite new subject to photograph. And amazingly enough, she knows how to smile for the camera already!
