Weddings

This past weekend we attended a wedding of one of Zach's friends that is a co-worker as well. At the reception Keziah tore up the dance floor. Zach took her out for a dance or two and she didn't stop for at least an hour and a half.

And speaking of weddings, I thought it appropriate to note my congratulations to my sister, Jonna, who is now engaged to a wonderful man named Woody LaRue. They are getting married on March 20, 2010. I am so very happy for both of them. The Lord reveals His faithfulness once again!

A day at the Fair

The Louisiana State Fair was enjoyed by all. Keziah especially liked the big slides and feeding the animals. Mom and Dad enjoyed the foot-long corndogs and funnel cake as well as the elephant and tiger shows. Zion was a wonderfully cooperative baby and enjoyed feeding the zebra.

On another note, Zach took his check ride on Monday and passed! He is now officially an Aircraft Commander (AC) for the B-52. Congratulations Zach!

Dressing up

Halloween night the kids dressed up and we walked down to our friend's house who had a fire pit set up in their drive way. We roasted marshmallows and enjoyed some time with our dear friends that are moving to Texas today. It is sad to see Ben and Jessica go, but such is the way of military life, and we know that our paths will cross again.
